When the photographer connects with the models, its a sheer joy to watch the boys. Mixed lighting,
but almost all shots are crystal clear as we have come to expect these days with the advent of quality DSLR cameras at reasonable prices.
The previews are very good - large, sharp photos of all the models giving you a real sense of what you will find inside. No surprises here. As you know, cheesy previews are sore point with me and a sure way to lose points in the reviews. Potential members should see exactly what they will be getting, and RUTwinks does it well. I especially like it when I am told right away when the site was last updated and how often this will happen, as happens here.
Not a site for a quick jerk off. The sets are large, and it takes a while to get down to the nitty gritty.
But with such large sets, its a pleasure to view the boys from every angle, and take time to savour their beauty and the use of soft, diffuse lighting.
Mostly solo sets, a few with more than one boy. All completely exclusive material. The more discrete logo used in both this site and the 19Nitten companion site is quite good. It is there, it is hard to crop, but is still unobstrusive.
Whilst most of the sets are the usual strip and jerk off routine, you will find quite a few artistic shots as
the photographer takes time to emphasise body curves and muscles.
Site navigation is okay, it is consistent throughout the site, and is easy enough to handle.
There is a dungeon section where some mild sm is explored. Not my thing but hey, each to their own.
The site name, RU Twinks, is a bit of a shame. From US Twink sites we are lead to believe that twinks are 30 year olds
buffed up to look like teenagers. Nothing of the sort at RU Twinks. These boys are not buffed up in the slightest, they
are more like 18-28 year olds, as they look, and as they should look. Several have nicely defined muscles and body forms
which really makes a change to the typical under fed specimins found on many of the sites listed on BoyReview.
Almost all of the boys are unshaved, untrimmed, in their natural state. Not that the site is full of hairy gorrillas, far from it. But for those of you who like the natural untrimmed look, this is a big bonus here. Many of the boys dont need trimming anyway.
